I’ve been using the tones now for 2 weeks consistently in our 21 Day Challenge. They’re helping my headaches, and I’m feeling better in general, less tired and more focused!

I have been listening to tones for about 3 months weekly but now that I am in the 21 day challenge and only a week into it I am noticing much more profound changes and reactions. Sometimes I get goosebumps or butterflies while I am listening. Later I recognize my sleep is deeper and my body has less pain. Emotionally I feel more confident and excited to keep going. I am consistently grateful for this subtle work!

The tones help me calm down. When something is going on that makes me anxious or stressed, I turn them on and I feel better within a few minutes.

I’ve been listening to my tones 2-3 times daily and find them soothing & comforting. If I’m upset, I listen to my daily tones and it calms me down. They’re grounding.
