Thank you for including me in this group experience I felt a kind of warmth come all through my chest, like a tingling glow. It lasted at least a minute. Toward the end of the session I felt nauseous which happens to me after a big release of emotions (I’ve had it happen in yoga and meditating before). I tend to hold a lot of junk in my tummy area. Definitely powerful!

This was really a great experience. I decided to chill in bed. I purposely didn't use my phone, and instead started crocheting . After a few minutes, I put it down and closed my eyes. Enjoying each moment. I believe I feel asleep for some time... I wake up this morning without any twitching from my left side of my chin. I'm so ready to explore and experience releasing more trapped emotions. Thank you Lesley Weiss Zwick for including me.

This was an awesome experience! I was very still for thirty minutes But after the thirty minutes, I started feeling excited and that lasted most of the night Abundance was flowing!
